Refund/ Cancellation

We here at the Whale Watch Tourist Centre will give passengers a Full Refund on cancelling there tickets with 24 hours notice prior to departure, at operator’s discretion. Should the cruise be cancelled (due to weather or any other reason), a full refund or another cruise will be offered.

Whales not sighted

If whales are not sighted, a non transferable ticket on a future cruise will be given at no extra cost, at operator’s discretion
