We are situated in the heart of the Boat Harbour in Whale Bay Marina, Urangan, Hervey Bay.

Our staff have over 35 years of combined involvement and experience in local tourism so you can be assured of the right advice on our region and what it offers.

We are open 7 am to 6 pm every day of the year except Christmas Day.
